Martha Stewart is a London based Casting Director with a passion for finding raw talent across all forms of media.
From features to shorts, commercials to music videos and video games to voice overs, she has the ability to identify the creative requirements for the cast and how best to source them, whether it be through the conventional methods or more research based/street casting.
Having worked extensively with children, many of whom with little or no on screen experience, Martha believes in running relaxed casting sessions where professionals and non-professionals alike are able to showcase their best work.
With production experience, she appreciates how on set requirements can impact on the casting process and, as Cast Coordinator, is often at the shoots looking after the cast.
Originally from Surrey, Martha Stewart moved to London in 2003 to study BA Film Studies at London Metropolitan University, and proceeded to work as Franchise Coordinator at Agent Provocateur from 2006 to 2013 when she became Casting Assistant to Kharmel Cochrane, and then established Martha Stewart Casting in 2015.
In just over two years, Martha has acquired an illustrious résumé that continues to flourish in London and beyond. Professionally versatile, she has been apart of contrasting projects in both independent and commercial environments.
